I have 19 years experience as a Municipal Tax Collector, Treasurer, Clerk and Municipal Agent for various State Agencies. I have been Town Manager in Ludlow, Maine for 10 years. My experiences as Tax Collector and Town Manager led me to pursue a career as a Certified Maine Assessor.
